Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and released to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally handled the same business day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and are released only Monday through Thursday, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Because we work to dispatch orders quickly, processing begins soon after an order is placed.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We take responsibility for getting every order to you in proper condition:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of shipping delays, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue an immediate full refund or send a free replacement.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows delivery but your package has not arrived, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
